Education Booth Order Form

The Seattle Kennel Club is pleased to once again offer a prime opportunity for your local breed clubs to interact with and educate the public about your beautiful purebred dogs. Not only will you enjoy face-time with over 12,000 Seattle-area dog show attendees, but participation also satisfies one of your club’s annual eligibility requirements with the American Kennel Club.:

Saturday, March 7th, 2015 and Sunday, March 8th, 2015
CENTURYLINK FIELD EVENT CENTER, Royal Brougham & Occidental Street

ALL Education Booths will be on the upper Mezzanine level.
Parking is free during set-up after 5 p.m. on Friday only.


  • First Place each day – $50.00, Rosette;
  • Second Place each day – $25.00, Rosette;
  • Seven Awards of Merit – Rosette

BOOTH JUDGING CRITERIA: Over-all presentation, design, educational materials/handouts, knowledge of breed history/origins, and the ability of club members to speak about their breed and engage the crowd. Three judges will evaluate each booth between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each day with prizes being awarded by 4 p.m.

DISPLAY SPACE: Each booth area is 10′ long by 8′ deep. One 8’x30″ table and two chairs are provided for each booth. ALL booth decorations must be fire retardant, or sprayed with fire retardant spray. An “ABC” fire extinguisher must be available at each booth. No nails, staples, or tape will be allowed on walls or drapes. Well-behaved dogs are encouraged to be at the booth. Club fundraisers are encouraged.

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS: All electrical plug-ins must be RESERVED ahead of time. The cost for one or both days is $55.00 per booth, in addition to the $75.00 booth cost.

Booth Space must be RESERVED in ADVANCE. The reservations fee is $75.00 for ONE or BOTH days. Please fill out the form below, indicating which day(s) you will be in attendance & pay with a credit card or PayPal online. Booth spaces are limited, please reserve your booth in a timely manner.
